Our scheduled maintenance packages are designed to ensure that your site updates will be completed in a timely manner, with no regard to our current production schedule. Maintenance contracts can be customized to meet the diverse requirements of our client.

Contracted maintenance hours are invoiced upfront. Prompt prepayment insures any changes and/or updates to the web site are made quickly within the allocated time block and at no additional charge. If more maintenance hours are needed than contracted, we invoice at a higher, Ad-Hoc (non-contracted), maintenance rate. Contract and Ad-Hoc rates vary based on maintenance requirements and will be negotiated and included in all maintenance agreements.

Allocated time blocks can be scheduled monthly, quarterly or annually and are pre-arranged within within all maintenance agreements.
